The Senior Director Portfolio Strategy and Execution serves as a strategic and operational leader within the U.S. responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, launch excellence, portfolio planning, and operational execution across the Rare Disease franchise. This role partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Finance and Business Development leadership to ensure organizational priorities are effectively translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes across pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities.

Reporting: Reports directly to General Manager, Rare Disease
Managerial: Individual Contributor/Potential for headcount as portfolio expands
Other: Works cross-functionally and collaboratively, particularly with Commercial Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other areas to ensure successful commercialization strategy. Also collaborates closely with vendors and other external partners (e.g., creative agencies, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Graduate level degree preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry within Sales, Marketing or Business Development, preferably gained in both small and large companies
KNOWLWDGE AND SKILLS
Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. Office presence required at least 50% of the time per month.
Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time position is $270,000 - $300,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, which include but are not limited to: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The range does not include the comprehensive benefits, bonus, long-term incentive, applicable allowances, or any additional compensation that may be associated with this role
