Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring timely and compliant movement of pharmaceutical products, components, and materials across global sites and partners. This role provides coordination across logistics, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing functions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, accuracy of records, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating shipments of drug products, clinical trial materials, and commercial supplies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with 3PL organizations to address operational issues.
  • Coordinate contract routing and execution, track contract status, manage signature workflows, monitor renewal dates, and escalate upcoming expirations or contractual concerns to the appropriate business owner.
  • Support serialization activities by coordinating with 3PL providers, packaging partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate renewal activities for manufacturing and distribution licenses, partnering with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Handle resolution of shipment delays, discrepancies, or supplier non-conformance, escalating cases to the Manager at 3PL when needed.
  • Coordinate resolution of shipment delays, discrepancies, or supplier issues by working with internal stakeholders and external partners, escalating operational risks as appropriate. Assist in the review and reconciliation of invoices from 3PL.
  • Assist supplier managers with processing invoices.
  • Assist / coordinate procurement of miscellaneous materials and products
  • Provide support in monitoring inventory at CMO locations and facilitate the collection of inventory reports from these sites for month-end closing.
  • Support in initiatives aimed at improving processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance throughout the supply chain. Assist with the global meeting process/facilitation for the Global Supply Chain.
  • Ensure activities are performed in accordance with applicable GDP, GMP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred).Experience working with ERP or supply chain management systems (SAP or similar systems preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and identify discrepancies or trends requiring follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, reporting).
  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with serialization systems is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. Office presence required at least 50% of the time per month

 

Essential Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Ability to articulate clearly and conduct verbal presentations with large and small audiences.
  • Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.
  • Ability to view video display terminal images < 18” away from face for extended period of time – up to four (4) hours at a time.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time – up to four (4) hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $90,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, which include but are not limited to: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The range does not include the comprehensive benefits, bonus, long-term incentive, applicable allowances, or any additional compensation that may be associated with this role.
